isg horrors?

collect the isg medals 2 days ago.

shurui was super helpful by telling me that the total number of medals was less than the number i asked for. i told her 14 but now i found out that i only need to give out 13, so weixiang will have to suffer... i dun wan him to though because its not his fault that the sports sec wasn't there to let us know the rules. all she could say is sorry and do nothing about it. what a useless person

so what am i suppose to do about it? tell my players that they cant get the medal? i feel damn bad lar...

anyway... now she's asking me to e-mail her the list of players, i'm not her sub-comm nor am i captain of the team. i was the acting captain because there wasn't one there. i was just doing her a favor by giving out the medals for her. because when i called her to tell her about the medals, she say she will give it out herself, i asked her how, she said follow the list of ppl who signed up. but one thing that i had to let her know was that only 3 or 4 ppl from the ppl who signed up came. i asked her did she know who the captain was, she said she didn't know so i asked her how the hell was she going to give out the medals, she couldn't give me an ans... totally useless

not forgetting the days she decided she wasn't needed at the games, eg.:

1. the day she decided that she would keep all the shirts in her room when all the touch rubgy ppl, who came down form frisbee and volleyball, went down in the rain and had to wait in their cold wet shirts for the game to start. had to stand in the freezing cold to wait for her but she did not come. she came only after the floorball game started...

2. the day that she decided to tekan all of us by not protecting us for the floorball when we drew one game and won one game... the organizers asked us whether we could play another game and she just threw everything to us to settle ourselves. she should know that the other team has the floorball ivp captain, the floorball ivp keeper and a few more ivp players, how to win? it was a miracle as it is to force a draw. she should have defended us and said it is not the fault on our side and do somethign that could help us rather than say, "just play another game with mae lor" wth... useless

3. the day of the tennis finals... we had just finished our frisbee game... walking to bus stop and we saw ppl in our school's isg tee playing tennis, then we noticed that it was a game... then we found out that it was the finals... no supporters, no sport sec, no nothing... of course they lost... but well done for making it to the finals (the a. sports sec, weixiang, was at frisbee so it was not his fault)
3. the day when we won the frisbee and i was like jokingly say, "sure lose to nie, dun play them lar" and she was like "ok". this one not such a big deal... it was the next day...

4. the day of volleyball girls vs. nie. was suppose to be at softball training for hall but then it got delayed so i pulled numan down to the nie volleyball court to support the volleyball girls. 6 girls, one team, no subs. 3 who knew how to play, 1 was ok, 2 had no idea what was going on... they played their best but still lost. but that's not the point, liufang played until she hurt her hand in the 2nd match, she was gripping it tightly but she didn't fall out, she just tried her best and blocked the ball the best she could. grace, who also did not know how to play well tried her best to block her ball with the body when the nie girls spiked it into her, she did not dodge but tried her best... it was a really painful match, even for the only 2 supporters who came... after that i went to the src or training, and there she was, my school's sport sec shurui, sitting there watching the isg touch rubgy (our school had already been kicked out the day before). i went up to her to ask what she was doing... till now i still can remember her ans... "oh... nothing to do come down and see"... there and then... i just wanted to kill her... on the spot!

but weixiang was doing a good job... no matter how crappy shurui was...
