Team SCBE

well... the 2nd day of my leave is over, had a really crazy day today.

We played frisbee against NBS first, thinking that we were going to lose, i didn't really have much hope of winning. but surprisingly, we held our ground, clarence was amazing out there. his shots were straight and flat and went far, perfect for someone who hates running and standing super offside (which there isn't in frisbee). i did my job as a last minute captain, got the ppl down, increased our chances of not getting trashed and what happened? we won the favourites to go into the finals, NBS.

The next game was agaisnt SBS whom we lost to 6-2 just the day before, setting our sights on getting a medal, i fielded the best team i could, balancing catchers and pushers and keeping the players strong for defence. dunno if that actually worked but in the end, we won SBS 6-3. Quite cool. Love clarence's long shots.

But we have become famos for many reasons, beating NBS, beating SBS and for forfeiting our finals... NBS ppl really hate us now... lol

So SCBE Frisbee team:
1. Huihua - Our always dependable and loves to save the day girl (and does quite some good blocks)
2. Grace - Bubbly girl who is super enthu
3. Yafen - Our top scorer for day 1 vs. HSS, if not for her, we wouldnt have made it to the 2nd day
4. Longhui - never ending stamina
5. Yanfang - Our volleyball helper
6. Lionel - really one of the more all rounded players
7. Howards - cant catch seriously but he knows how to hit the frisbee
8. Bingsheng - good marker, really stops ppl from throwing to where they want
9. Chongmeng - fast, can catch, can throw, what more do you want from a frisbee player
10. Clarence - Our super import, the "save the day man", energizer, and i think the best player on the team
11. Lewis - can "dribble" the frisbee up a lot, loads of stamina but he always passes the frisbee upside down
12. Weixiang- the sports sec who is the manager and the actual captain, catches quite well
13. Ben Teo - that's me


We actually formed a team SCBE , or in short Team CBE.
Most of us from frisbee went to play floorball, touch rubgy, volleyball (girls) +++
