work? work! work...

started 4th week of work. this week tot it would be more exciting with things happening and try out the deltaV system. but... But... BUT!!! nope... nothing...

1st day of the week did a few excel sheets to account for my expenditure, an expenditure logsheet, one to account my my china income, my sgd income, a shopping list and a gift list. took like forever to make one that looked nice. lol

2nd day... thought it might be better, even went to the ah pek (my supervisor mr chong) to ask for things to do and he gave us some smoke on how come we are so bo liao... have to wait for the big boss bird loo man (bert looman) to come back to attach us to the project which has stuff to do. den went back my computer and sorted out all my music into proper folders and got a lot of chinese songs from yingsin... ya... its all sorted out, even the tagging is done for all the english songs.

3rd day... which is today... brought my harry potter to work and was hoping to not get a chance to read it but there was really nth else to do. read all the manuals, there was really nth to do so read like 100+ pages of harry potter. thank God in the afternoon there was an orientation for all the interns and there were like 50 of them. damn a lot. they gave us like some organizational talk (by this director who i from hongkong and guess who he sounded like... our lovely professor vincent chan). then there was a management talk by the HR director by this pamela or angela guan and she had to emphasize on her "guan" saying 我的"管"是"管理"管。in short, the one in charge of us. but she was just all talk talk talk... then there was a walk through the company office which was surprisingly big and they even had a leisure room. the last talk was by this director who we call the yunam hair guy (because of the weird bald patch at the back of his head) and the bruce yao who was from the marketing department. they were like telling us how great Emerson is and after their talks, i believe that emerson is quite power.

came up with loads of names for the ppl here in emerson like
汤包- the girl who has so much hair and can tie it up into something like a 汤包
cute girl - this intern who is quite cute
帅 guy - the fren of the cute intern girl
龙阳路 guy - person who takes the same bus as me every morning and night
酷 guy - interesting guy who sits 2 cubicles away from me, always at work and though he looks quite nerdy but he got the seh
孙姐 - the one with like 3 cartons of coke under her table, 5 boxes of pens, and loads of other stationaries
high guy - the guy who always say "够 high" when ever he gets excited, im starting to say that too
ah pek - my supervisor
bird loo - bert looman, my big boss

the food is really not bad. 4 weeks and im not sick of it. i always look forward to it actually. lol... hope can really start some work soon
